To serve Gwinnett County and beyond as a center for agriculturally-based education, agritourism, and economic development. This mission is thriving through our many services, such as school field trips, summer camps, farm and pony birthday parties, a large rental hall for meetings, weddings and receptions, sustainable living workshops, an online farmers market, and a growing homesteading operation which includes a large food garden, laying hens, milk Jersey cows, milk goats, ponies, miniature donkeys, pastured chickens, rabbits and more.
I see visitors’ experiences at Rancho Alegre Farm as a way of escaping city life and enjoying the outdoor, agricultural lifestyle seemingly lost among the sprawling metropolis. Church, school, family, and corporate groups are invited to host their events here. Dedicated to agricultural education, tourism, and economic development, Rancho Alegre Farm aims to serve those in our community who are drawn to more sustainable, eco-friendly farming practices.
